A Vice City, it featured the largest world in the series to date with three majorlocations, Los santos, san fierro and los venturas spread across the massive state that was SAn Andreas. It embodied themes like corruption and of course gang wars into one epic saga. Unlike its three D predecessors though SAn Andreas occupied a certain strata of crime this time focusing on the smaller time gangs that ruled the streets as opposed to Liberty City's organized crime and Vice City's businessman. It was also a saga of revenge of rising up against oppression of justice in the concrete jungle where law and order took a back seat to extrajudicial murder. The story begins in 1992 with Carl johnson a K C. J, a former member of the Grove street families. Despite traveling to Liberty City five years prior CJ returns after the death of his mother. Times have been hard for the gang, their rivals, the bolus in the vagos possess more power and influence while the highly corrupt community resource against street hoodlums or crash is cracking down on the gangs on arriving in los santos for his mother's funeral. CJ is accosted by crash officers frank 10 Penny, Eddie pulaski and jimmy Hernandez 10 penny threatens to frame him for the recent murder of Officer Ralph Pendlebury unless C. J cooperates whenever necessary.

 Afterwards, CJ reunites with his childhood friend's Melvin big smoke Harris, Lance Rider, Wilson, his sister, Kendall and Shawn A. K. A Sweet things aren't exactly cool between CJ and Sweet as his older is strange brother. Sweet blames C. J. For effectively running away from the family.Of course, it's not long before the ballots perform a drive by with the Grove Street families gang narrowly escaping from their C. J. Works to rebuild the family's reputation, performing various odd jobs like dr baez and cleaning up the neighborhood while also reuniting with former member Jeffery O.G Lock cross, who's now a rapper. At one point, C. J also investigates caesar Villalpando, an the leader of the various loss Azteca's and Kendall's boyfriend on behalf of Sweet. The two become friends though and things seem well enough for a while and then attacking weasels funeral ton take down some of the upper echelon and the Ballas Sweet looks to reunite the three families of Grove Street despite the meeting being ambushed by the cops, the Grove street families look to take back los santos planning amajor attack on the ballot before this, caesar meets with CJ and verdant bluffs and reveals that the drive by that killed CJ's mother was instead targeted at sweet. The duo then spot the same vehicle in a garage from which crash. Big smoke writer and the bolas leave, everything begins to fall into place now Big smoke and writer essentially sold out  the Grove street families and worked with crash and the bolas to eliminate Sweet. Upon arriving at the planned ambush on the ballot, CJ, fine sweet injured and after killing numerous bolas, the two are eventually arrested. Suite is kept in a pres in hospital while CJ is sent to angel pine and wheat stone by crash. 

As long as he continues to cooperate and doesn't try to seek revenge on big smoke then his brother will be kept safe and sound  along with killing an informant with details on crashes, corruption and working with flint county hippie, the truth CJ also helps get caesar and Kendall out of Los santos. At one point, he even performs a few small robberies with Catalina from grand theft auto three during some races where he meets Wuzzy moo of the mountain cloud boys, which is part of the tree odd in san Fierro. CJ  even beats Claude G Ta three's protagonist, thus winning the deed to a garage, Claude and Catalina leave for Liberty City of course, the tasks from crash continue to roll in from framing a district attorney investigating 10 pennies unit two tailing and assassinating a reporter along with a journalist after helping wuzzy moo and the tree Odd In a gang war, CJ sees writer meeting with Loco syndicate. Its leaders namely T. Bone Mendez Mike Torino and Jizzy. B. C. J. Starts taking on missions from the syndicate first killing Jizzy and then ambushing a meeting between the balance and the syndicate. T Bone and Writer are killed along with Torino or so it seems. While the syndicate's drug factory is destroyed, the garage continues to prosper, but one day CJ receives a call from a mysterious individual asked to meet in Tierra Obata. He discovers that it's Mike Torino alive and actually a government agent turns out that ralph Pendlebury, whose murder CJ was  threatened with, was actually killed through 10 pennies. Orders suite is currently safe in prison and in exchange for his freedom Torino once C. J. To perform what elso but some below the table tasks for him. This leads to him purchasing an airstrip in the desert and receiving a jetpack from the truth for a mission which he gets to keep Wuzzy moo also gets in touch with C. J. The city, but business isn't eggs exactly booming while making a number of preparations, CJ rescues members of the band which includes Kent paul as the manager, ken Rosenberg from G. T. A Vice City also appears war eventually breaks out between the three families and CJ eventually works with Salvador leon who seeks to control more of caligula. As this involves killing numerous hitmen and then traveling to Liberty City to kill Marco for Ellie, the dawn of the Farrelly family who took over after Sonny's death in nine 86 naturally, after gaining salvatore's approval, caligula is prime for robbing. Once the heist is done, the mob becomes weaker, the tree odds takeover and CJ works as woozy mU's business partner in the endeavor.

 Just when things seem to be going right, crash comes calling after CJ kills an FBI agent for a dossier. He's subsequently betrayed by 10 Penny in the desert. Polaski is tasked with killing him and Hernandez who informed internal affairs of 10 penny's dealings, but the latter saved CJ at the cost of his own life. CJ subsequently kills Polaski but ultimately returns to Los santos with Kendall and caesar. He's roped in to be rapper Mad Dogs Manager, which is hilarious given how CJ  ruined his career to go help O G lock and then ultimately saved him from committing suicide due to CJ ruining his career after helping Kent and Rosenberg fake their deaths during the mob wars. There subsequently called in to help Mad Dog. Torino has one last job for C. J, destroying some spy ships with a stolen military jet and afterwards, he has sweet released from prison suite, isn't too keen on CJ success and they soon reform the Grove Street families aiming to liberate their territory from the ballot as more of their territory is recaptured. The hunt is on for big Smoke. 10 Penny goes on trial, but lack of evidence results in his acquittal. Thus leading to riots in the city, C. J.And his crew continue capture territory from rival gangs and eventually locate Big Smoke who's holed up in his den in East Los Santos. C. J. Goes it alone, eventually confronting big smoke after being shot, smoke confesses that he did it all for money while CJ who tried to reason with him beforehand calls his death a waste. 10 penny arrived shortly after and demands his share of smokes money in order to escape from Los santos CJ survives the subsequent attack. While 10 penny tries to escape in a stolen fire truck, Sweet hangs from the truck's ladder before being rescued by C. J. And the to pursue 10 penny in a car as chaos erupts throughout Los santos. Eventually the fire truck crashes near Grove Street and 10 penny dies. As the riots end, his loved ones celebrate and mad dog talks about going on a world tour. CJ seeks to get out on the Grove Street and see what's happening. It's a happy ending.
